By registering, participants confirm they understand and accept the terms below.

Medical Support

Basic medical facility/first-aid support will be available at the event venue. Participants are advised to ensure they are medically fit to take part.

Participant Responsibility

Participants take part at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any serious injury, accident, loss, or emergency beyond the basic medical support provided.

Registration Fees & Refunds

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a participant has completed the registration process, the fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to absence on the event day or a decision not to participate after registration. This policy is implemented due to the advance financial commitments associated with event planning, including but not limited to venue reservations, resource allocation, materials procurement, and administrative expenses. As these arrangements are made based on confirmed registrations and involve non-recoverable costs, refund requests cannot be accommodated.
